“Indulge in some wax play”

Candles are by far one of the easiest ways to steam-up a one night stand. They’re sort of known for being one of the sexier and more risqué accessories in the sack. But if you just start throwing hot wax around, you’re just going to burn both of you and end the night real quick. One night stands are more adventurous than regular sex, so feel free to introduce wax, but do it smartly.

Choose Your Weapon

Well there are candles everywhere, right? So why not just go to the dollar store and buy a few. They all burn the same and are cheaper that way, right?

Wrong.

Candles do vary. Regular wax candles will burn the same, but the fact of the matter is when either of you get dripped on it’s going to burn like hell. That’s why you’re going to be smart and choose a soy candle. Soy candles burn longer, are made from a vegetable oil (soy), and have a lower melting point. That last one is what you care about most. Seriously, getting burned is one of the most annoying pains out there, and will kill a boner faster than you can say “kielbasa.”

Before You Even Start

“Get some low temperature candles and take safety measures”

Before you start busting out the candles you have to get her consent. Even with the lower heat point of soy candles, a surprise burn will make her not trust you and kill the mood. Ask her if it’s okay that you do this. If it is, setup a safe word and light the candle while you start making your moves. That gives it time to gather up some more wax.

Safety

Obviously you’re playing with fire. Fire doesn’t care to listen to people, and when you start making the bed rock the candle can tip over. Keeping all fabrics or burnable things away from the flame will at least help. A few feet should be kept bare. If you’ve got it, keep a fire extinguisher around just in case.

Keep all of the hot liquid away from the face, head, and hair. Obviously the head and face are sensitive places on the body and don’t like hot stuff near them (hair can also catch on fire). The rest of the body that might have hair, like her trim or your anything, won’t necessarily catch on fire because it’s so short. However, it will hold onto wax like a bitch and absolutely be horrible to get out later.

Technique

Dumping a large amount of the candle wax onto her will get the idea going, but it’s not going to be sexy. Instead try to control your hand (or have her control hers), and drip the wax a little bit at a time. Test the droplets on various parts of the body and see how they react. Find out who likes what the most, what parts hurt too much, etc. Using different colored candles will add a visual appeal, letting you create some sexy body art of your own.
